Under the supervision and guidance of the Global Artwork System & Data Lead, the Artwork System & Data Analyst provides comprehensive support to the Nuclear Medicine Global Artwork department by leveraging advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and programming languages to perform diverse tasks, including data manipulation, troubleshooting, and proactively enhancing departmental data processes and workflows.

In the complex and fast-changing Radio Ligand Therapy (RLT) platform, this role plays a crucial part in operationally streamlining and enhancing efficiency across data and systems. As business complexities and networks intensify, this role is essential in supporting the effort to shift Operations towards Excellence, by leveraging advanced knowledge of data manipulation, ERP systems, and programming languages, optimizing data processes.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to the Nuclear Medicine Global Artwork department in managing and improving operational efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to perform various departmental tasks.
  • Work with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, to streamline and optimize departmental processes.
  • Efficiently and accurately manage data manipulation tasks, including data entry, data cleansing, data analysis, and data organization.
  • Apply programming knowledge, particularly in Python and associated libraries, to process and analyze departmental data, supporting enhanced decision-making and reporting.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how data is shared across systems to facilitate communication with other departments and act as a point of contact for identifying whether data-related issues originate within the department or elsewhere, redirecting colleagues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data flows and workflows, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance departmental support and efficiency.

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Data Science).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and associated libraries for data processing and analysis.
  • A solid understanding of data flows across systems and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments to address cross-functional challenges.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.

We offer a temporary contract of 12 months as a starting point.
