Major accountabilities:
• Develops HTA dossier and pharmaco-economic evidence (Cost-Utility analysis) that will secure reimbursement evaluation and successful access at pair-valued pricing of Novartis brands.
• Take responsibility for payer (HIRA / NHIS) and government relations activities in support of HEOR and PE deliverables.
• Works closely with all internal cross functional stakeholders determine optimal HEOR & Health-economic deliverables and value-based pricing strategy for new and existing products.
• Support the development of an optimal brand pricing strategy, in collaboration with Global and Region V&A team and cross-functional team
• Support and inputs of Government relations strategic plan to deliver enhanced and aligned relationships with Government bodies.
• Participated in industry associations, conferences and other events to represent company position and develop HTA & HEOR knowledge and relationships.
Key performance indicators:
• Develop qualified HTA dossier and pharmaco-economic evidence (Cost-Utility analysis) and payer engagement to ensure value-based pricing and optimal P&R evaluation for new product
• Achieve pricing / reimbursement as planned with optimal price level and reimbursement guideline for new product and new indication.
• Good cross-functional and regional / global collaboration activity to enhance optimal PE and HEOR deliverables
Essential Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, with comprehensive understanding of HTA and healthcare environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in healthcare/HTA/Health-economics
• Pharmaco-economics and HEOR deliverables for payer submission and evaluation
• Pricing and reimbursement project to optimal listing and pricing management
• Value based pricing projects to lead HTA evaluation and payer negotiation
• Fluency in English writing and speaking
• The position title will be determined based on the assessment
